Experience & Education
Kay grew up in Helena. She has loved living, working, playing, and raising her three kids in the Helena community, with her spouse, Timothy Meloy. She treasures the many opportunities afforded by living here, including excellent public education plus an array of wonderful opportunities — enjoying sports (mostly as a sidelines fan), appreciating our vibrant arts community, and recreating in all kinds of ways in our beautiful Montana outdoors.
